I just love the space that Michelle creates for the sound bath, so calming and comfortable to totally relax and get the most out of the experience. Even the seagulls stopped squawking.
The serene feeling can be felt yet, and the sleep last night was so good.
Look forward to booking in again soon.

This is my third Sound Bath with Michelle at Folia in Ayr and each has been great.
It is such a relaxing experience with Michelle's calm voice, the sound of chimes and crystal bowls, and finishing with soothing music.
Highly recommended.

Tonight’s sound bath was a great experience. My first of many.
The room was setup beautifully with comfortable beds for all. Michelle had provided plenty of other additions to enhance our comfort and encounter.
The sounds and frequencies were so amazing you could feel them.
What a beautiful end to the week and start to the weekend.
I’d highly recommend this one.
