We recently had our team evening at the local sound bath - Self Centres and just wanted to say a huge thank you for such a wonderful experience. It was the perfect way for everyone to unwind and switch off together.

Michelle, who hosted and carried out the sound bath, was absolutely fantastic — she made everyone feel at ease from the moment we arrived. We even started with cacao, which was not only really, really tasty but also helped us relax straight away.

The session itself was incredibly calming, and the whole atmosphere was so peaceful and welcoming. A special mention as well for the lovely goodie bags — such a thoughtful touch — and the extremely comfy mattresses, which made the experience even more enjoyable!

Our whole team left feeling refreshed and recharged. We’d highly recommend this to any workplace looking for a unique and genuinely relaxing team activity. Thank you again!

Perfect way to end my week .

Where to begin. From entering the hall the sage aroma and calming influence hits you straight away, that before you are given another little nudge with the offering of a cayenne and orange infused Cacao drink. Michelle has the space beautifully set up, like a nirvana of calmness. I would be lying if I wasn’t a little dubious stepping into what would be mostly a female environment, however Michelle was a fantastic host and made us all fell welcome. I wasn’t sure what I would benefit from attending, as I was there with my partner and family. However even someone like myself who has “too many tabs open”, it was exactly what I needed, in fact I would go as far as to say we all need. Michelle has absolutely found her vocation, vocally, spiritually it all just seemed to hit the spot, all thanks to the overall experience. In fact I may have been that relaxed, it may even have dosed off….. albeit briefly (sorry everyone) !! It won’t be my last visit, that is for sure.
