Where to begin. From entering the hall the sage aroma and calming influence hits you straight away, that before you are given another little nudge with the offering of a cayenne and orange infused Cacao drink. Michelle has the space beautifully set up, like a nirvana of calmness. I would be lying if I wasn’t a little dubious stepping into what would be mostly a female environment, however Michelle was a fantastic host and made us all fell welcome. I wasn’t sure what I would benefit from attending, as I was there with my partner and family. However even someone like myself who has “too many tabs open”, it was exactly what I needed, in fact I would go as far as to say we all need. Michelle has absolutely found her vocation, vocally, spiritually it all just seemed to hit the spot, all thanks to the overall experience. In fact I may have been that relaxed, it may even have dosed off….. albeit briefly (sorry everyone) !! It won’t be my last visit, that is for sure.

I’ve now been to two soundbaths and I can’t recommend them enough. From the moment you walk in you feel welcome and the set up is very cosy with a relaxing atmosphere. Michelle is just the loveliest soul. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and left feeling reset and calm.

I have just experienced the most amazing soundbath and can feel the benefits already. I'm so glad I made some time for myself and I was made so welcome by the lovely michelle and the other soundbathers.
